Refunds and Cancellation

Cancelling

You can stop a Monthly or 3-month renewal at any time: open the Smart Connector panel and choose Manage plan. No new payment is taken after that, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Because access starts at once, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it or when you were charged twice or by mistake. If that happened, write to hello.afzalpoint@gmail.com with the email of your account and the payment details, and we will look at it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes depends on your bank or payment app, usually 5 to 7 working days.

Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is one payment and never renews. It stays active for as long as Smart Connector is offered.
